1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oats (3 minute)
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients well. Drop from teaspoon. Bake on foil covered cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and then peel off foil.
