STRAWBERRY PIE 
8 (2 1/2) sq. graham crackers
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. sugar

FILLING:

1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. frozen strawberries
1 c. plain yogurt
4 tsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix top 3 ingredients well and press into a deep dish pie plate sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Blend water and Jello in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients -- except the frozen fruit -- and blend. Add the strawberries one at a time and blend after each. Pour into pie crust and chill (can be frozen). Serves 4.
