SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 c. shredded raw carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion (optional)
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 can tuna or 1 c. boned chicken
4 oz. can shoestring potatoes or chow mein noodles

The first 5 ingredients can be mixed ahead of time, but wait and toss in shoestring or noodles just before serving.
