UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar (10X)
1 stick melted butter

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam or Baker's Joy. Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour in pan over coconut and nuts.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter. Mix well. Drop little spoonfuls on cake mix. Do Not Try To Spread. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
