RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
22 Ritz crackers, broken up
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Cool Whip

Bet eggs until stiff then slowly add sugar then vanilla. Set aside. Mix crackers with baking powder and nuts. Then mix 2 mixtures together. Pour into 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool thoroughly. Cover with Cool Whip. Should refrigerate several hours before serving.
