3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix all together. This fills two 9 x 9 inch pans. Top with cherries, peaches or apples. Sprinkle top with a little sugar and butter. Bake at 375 degrees until done, about 45 minutes. The above is served by the Horizon Class at Fellowship Time regularly.
