SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3 tbsp. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. green onion, chopped
3 slices bread or seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 bottle chili sauce
1 c. grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Makes 50 to 60 meatballs. Make small balls using hamburger and the next 4 ingredients. Brown in oven for 15 minutes under a 400 degree broiler. Place in mixture of salt and pepper, chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice until thoroughly heated (20 minutes). Serve with plastic toothpicks.
