GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5-6 potatoes (boiled and peeled)
7-8 slices bacon, fried (save drippings)
2-3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice potatoes and break up fried bacon in small pieces. Cook on very low heat. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add drippings as needed to keep from sticking and flavor. The longer you simmer this, the better it is.
