1 lb. chopped ham
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar

Saute onion. Mix together other ingredients and heat through.
