TOOTSIE ROLLS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend butter and syrup. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix in sugar and dry milk. Knead until well mixed. Roll into rope and cut in strips. Wrap in waxed paper. Can also be used for center of suckers.
