CHERRY NUT CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) jar whole cherries, drained
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. whole walnuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in whole cherries and nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
