MACARONI AND CHEESE 
10 oz. pkg. macaroni noodles
12 oz. shredded Colby cheese
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 egg

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Combine remaining ingredients, leave enough Colby or Cheddar to spread over top. Combine noodles and cheese mixture. Pour into 11 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
