PARADISE SALAD 
Salad:

1/2 pt. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped celery
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 small pkg. lemon Jello
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix Jello and water then add remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Note: Works best in oblong container.

Topping:

2 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water

Cool a little and pour over first mixture. Let set before serving.
