SALISBURY STEAK | |
1 (10.5 oz.) can golden mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1/3 c. water 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs Dash of pepper Combine 1/4 cup soup with above ingredients except water. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off excess fat. Mix remaining soup and water and spoon over meat. Bake another 10 minutes. Onion rings may be added on top of patties last 10 minutes. NOTE: You may substitute ground turkey for ground beef. |
