1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c oatmeal
1 egg
1 c sugar
4 tbsp sour milk
3/4 c melted lard
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

Mix all dry ingredients except sugar together.

Beat egg, and sugar together.

Add liquid ingredients to sugar and egg mixture.

Mix dry ingredients into liquid mixture.

Bake at 350°F 10 - 12 minutes.
