ROUND STEAK ON RICE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
1/4 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour, slightly rounded
2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can tomatoes (regular size)
1 c. water
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can button mushrooms, drained
Garlic salt to taste

Brown steak in Crisco; add onions; stir and cook until tender. Add flour, then the rest except mushrooms. Cover, cook on very low heat until tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add mushrooms; let heat. Serve over rice.
