3 or 4 c. tomatoes, peeled & chopped
2 c. Jalapeno seeded peppers, chopped fine
3/4 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 lg. garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Combine all. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and caps. Process 30 minutes in water bath.
