SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4-5 yellow squash or zucchini
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
Onion powder to taste
1 1/2 stacks of crushed Ritz crackers
Pepper to taste

Cook squash. Add butter, onion powder and pepper and crackers. Pour into "Pammed" casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
