FRUITED COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 apple, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. halved grapes
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1/3 c. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery or poppy seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix cabbage, fruit, nuts and raisins. Pour dressing over at serving time.
