RHUBARB PUNCH 
8 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c. lemon juice
Red food coloring
1 lg. (2 liter) bottle ginger ale or 7-Up

Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until rhubarb is tender; strain and cool. (This can be frozen.) When wishing to serve it, add pineapple and lemon juice (fresh, real lemon or frozen) and several drops of red food coloring.
