PEACH DELIGHT 
1 large pkg. peach Jell-O
1 can peach pie filling
1 medium size can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water

Topping:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water. Stir in pineapple and pie filling and mix well. Allow to congeal . Mix topping ingredients together (do not use mixer). Spread over top of gelatin. May use chopped nuts if desired.
