OYSTER ROCKEFELLER CASSEROLE 
1 qt. raw oysters
1/4 lb. butter
1 onion chopped (sm.)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. parsley
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Drain oysters. Saute onion and celery in butter 5 minutes. Add parsley, spinach, Worcestershire, bread crumbs and other seasonings.

Grease casserole. Layer oysters. Top with spinach mixture. 20 minutes at 450 oven.

Cheese and light layer of crumbs on top and oven for 10 minutes.
