HAM & POTATO CREAM SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
10 potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. mixed cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, Colby)
2 soup cans milk
1 c. diced ham, precooked

Saute onion in butter. Cube potatoes and add to mixture. Add 3 cups water. Cook until potatoes are well done. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
