SWISS HAM AND POTATO SOUP 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of potato soup
2 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Over low heat, stir all ingredients until cheese is melted. Can add more fresh boiled potatoes.
