SWEDISH PANCAKES 
4 eggs, well beaten
Salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter (no substitute)

Mix in order given. Bake on hot griddle or electric fry pan. Tip pan so batter runs for large cakes. Not necessary to grease pan. Roll up and keep warm in oven. Makes 8 to 10 cakes.
