PEANUT DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. fat
1 c. cane, corn or maple syrup
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Add syrup to thoroughly creamed fat. Add well beaten eggs and mix thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients. Add peanuts and combine with fat mixture. Mix well until blended. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Makes 60 small cookies. Try this one, TOO!
