RICE PILAF 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. coiled vermicelli
1 c. long grain rice
2 c. chicken broth or 2 c. water with chicken bouillon
1/4 c. dried parsley
Additional options: celery, sliced or slivered almonds or sliced mushrooms

In an electric skillet brown crumbled vermicelli, then add rice and lightly brown. Add liquid, parsley and any other ingredient you enjoy in rice. Stir then simmer 25 minutes. Don't stir while simmering.
