GAZPACHO 
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 med. sweet onions
1 green pepper
1 cucumber
1 c. celery
3 tomatoes, scalded and peeled
2 tsp. chives or parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. vinegar
3 c. tomato juice

Press-mince garlic Add oil. Chop all vegetables Add each and stir, then seasoning, vinegar and tomato juice. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serves 8.
