ROCKY ROAD ICE CREAM 
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 1/2 qt. half and half
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate (shaved)
1 c. peanut brittle

Scald 1 1/2 cups milk. Soften Jello in 1/2 cup cold milk. Add scalded milk to Jello and stir well. Add sugar and salt. Beat in eggs. Beat in cream, pudding, vanilla. Add remaining milk. Freeze until about half frozen. Add peanut brittle, marshmallows and chocolate.
