VANILLA ICE CREAM 
2 c. skim milk
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
12 pkgs. Equal

Freeze ice cream freezer. Serve 4. Each serving equals 1 milk. If desired, freeze in shallow metal pan until slushy. Remove from freezer; beat with mixer. Refreeze in same pan. This beating/freezing process may be repeated, it just gets creamier.
