2 pkgs. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels, melted
1/2 pt. cream, whipped (Cool Whip, etc.)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten firm with 1/4 c. sugar

Crumb crust of cinnamon crackers, graham crackers or chocolate cookies.

Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Blend in melted chocolate. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour into 9 inch crumb crust. Chill at least 1 hour, serve with whipped cream.
