1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. water
Misc. powdered paint pigment

Mix milk with water. Stir until dissolved. Combine only as much paint pigment as you intend to use at one sitting.

How to use; mix any amount from small to large group. This paint dries quickly to a glassy, opaque finish. Doesn't dust, chip or come off on your hands like poster paint.

Use water to thin and clean your brushes. Store in tightly sealed jar in refrigerator.
