VA STYLE BAR - B - QUE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Hot pepper (if desired)

Cut chickens in half. Grill 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste every 5 to 7 minutes. Halves are done when leg separates easily from thigh. Amounts are for 5 chicken halves. Double for 10 halves, etc. Cut in half for 2 halves.
