1 pkg. Oreos
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Crush Oreos, put 1/2 in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and butter. Add Cool Whip. Spread over Oreos. Prepare pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Oreos. Chill.
