CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt to taste
Chili powder (1/2 tsp. or to taste)
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 pkg. hot roll mix (Pillsbury)

Brown hamburger. Mix in other ingredients. Saute until tender. Roll out hot roll mix. Cut in squares and spoon filling on each square. Wrap and bake.
