BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat brown sugar, syrup and butter over low heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cream and vanilla. Stir just before serving.
