1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
Dash of salt

Cook egg, sugar, vinegar and salt until creamy. Mix with chopped peppers and onion. Blend in cream cheese. Chill. This dip gets better as chilled.
