SEAFOOD SUPREME 
1 pkg. of frozen broccoli
1 lb. cooked seafood (sealegs, shrimp or scallops)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry
1 (4 oz.) pkg. of sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Mix in the seafood. Line a baking dish with broccoli and cover with the seafood mixture. Spread cheese over the seafood and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with buttered rice or noodles. Serves 4.
