STRAWBERRY PUDDING 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 cans water
1 tbsp. honey (if desired)
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped

Combine juice, water, honey and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Add strawberries and boil one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into individual dishes. Makes 4 servings.
