VENISON CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef suet
10 lb. ground venison (or beef)
3 lb. ground fresh pork
6 sm. cans tomato paste
2 c. ranch style beans
2 1/2 tbsp. comino powder
7 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. chili powder
2 tbsp. paprika
6 tbsp. accent
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 3/4 tbsp. salt

Render suet slowly. Saute minced onion and garlic for 20 minutes. Add meat and stir while cooking until meat separates and changes color, 30 to 40 minutes. Then add tomato paste and spices and cook slowly. After chili is cooked, add beans and serve to a large family. Serves about 35.
