COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. white wine or apple vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic salt and salt. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with crumb mixture. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken in ungreased pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile add wine, green onions and parsley to reserve butter. When chicken is brown, pour butter sauce over the chicken. Bake 5-10 minutes until sauce is heated.
