EASY MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (18 oz.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 c. nuts, raisins, coconut (optional)

Line an 8 x 8 inch square pan with wax paper. Microwave chips 5 minutes on high in a big glass dish. Add sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, and mix well. Add vanilla last and mix well again. Add optional ingredients. Spread into lined pan. Cool in refrigerator. Peel off paper and cut into squares. Store in a cool, dry container. Approximately 1 1/4 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
