CRAWFISH MOCKSHU 
1 qt. size of fresh corn
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. crawfish
1/2 bar of butter
1/4 c. ketchup

Put 1 tablespoon of oil, corn, onion, bell pepper in pot and smother corn. Let it stick to the pot. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn. Season to taste and add ketchup.

In another pot, put butter and crawfish and saute for 10 to 15 minutes. Season and mix with corn. Serve on rice.
