CRANBERRY ORANGE CHUTNEY 
1 c. fresh orange sections
1/4 c. orange juice
4 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped English walnuts
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until berries begin to burst; mix well. Cool. Store in jars or serving dish in refrigerator. Delicious with roast chicken, turkey or game birds.
