BLUSHING ORANGE COOLERS 
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
1/4 c. sugar or sweetener
2 c. club soda (chilled)
orange rind curls and fresh cranberries

Combine 1st three ingredients, stir to dissolve sugar. May refrigerate covered up to 1 week. To serve, add club soda to juice mixture. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with orange rind curls and fresh cranberries.

Yields 4 cups.
