2 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. water Liver Flour Salt Pepper Melte d butter or bacon grease for frying Soak sliced liver in vinegar and water, to insure good flavor, for 30 minutes. To fry, remove liver, dry, and roll in combined flour, salt and pepper. Fry slowly in melted butter or bacon grease. Turn to brown well on both sides. |
