CHUNK CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
6 c. raw cabbage, chopped (1" size)
10 tbsp. raw rice
3 1/4 c. tomato juice
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lbs. ground beef
2 chopped onions
2 tbsp. oil

Brown beef and onion in oil, add remaining ingredients except cabbage. Bring to a slow boil and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Grease casserole and place cabbage in bottom. Pour meat sauce over cabbage and bake until tender, about an hour at 350 degrees.
