SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs or 4 slices toasted & crumbled

Mix ingredients well and shape into patties. Lightly brown patties in skillet. Place patties in baking dish, cover and let bake while you make gravy. Pour gravy over patties and continue baking for 45 to 60 minutes. Make the amount of gravy you desire. Makes 6 to 8 steaks. Bake at 325 degrees.
