BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
10 oz. chopped broccoli, well drained
1 stick butter, melted in 9"x13" baking dish
4 lg. eggs
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. grated cheese
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornmeal mix

Beat the eggs together, then add the onions, cheese, creamed corn, then pour the melted butter and mix well. Then add the Jiffy cornmeal mix and broccoli and mix well. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
