VEGETABLE SALAD 
Carrots, sliced thin
Green onions, chopped
Cauliflower
Broccoli, flowers only
Cucumber, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Squash, sliced
Bell pepper, sliced

DRESSING
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Garlic salt to taste

Heat to melt sugar. Pour dressing over salad and let set several hours.
